02 / Volume pricing without coupon confusion

How do automatic bulk discounts work in the Sticker Swan app?

When you configure eligible custom sticker orders in the Sticker Maker, quantity-based pricing is calculated automatically. Choose your size, material, finish and quantity, then check the displayed total as you adjust the order. You do not need to enter a promotional coupon code to access the app's regular quantity pricing.

  1. Start with the actual application. For example, 2.5-inch packaging stickers may suit small logos; larger artwork may require 3- or 4-inch stickers.
  2. Select your available material and finish. White vinyl, clear and specialty materials price differently.
  3. Adjust the quantity. Compare the app's updated price and unit cost wherever volume-based price breaks apply.
  4. Review the final checkout. Confirm any finishing, taxes, production upgrades and shipping charges before paying.

There is no universal advertised percentage-off promise. Volume savings depend on the selected configuration and eligible quantity, and the price displayed in the app is the price to evaluate. For a standard preconfigured purchase, the fixed-price bundles below may be simpler.

03 / Active published offers

How much do custom vinyl sticker bundles cost?

Prices reviewed October 25, 2026. The listed prices are for base configurations, not every finish or backing. Optional matte, Easy-Peel™ backing, rush options, applicable taxes and paid delivery services may change totals. The 1,500-count listing displays shipping choices and charges at checkout.

Cost comparison: Five 100-count 3-inch bundles cost $125, versus $119 for a 500-count 3-inch base bundle. Three 500-count bundles cost $357, versus $299 for the 1,500-count base product. Compare your actual delivered total, and only stock up when your design will stay relevant.

04 / When everyday vinyl isn't the goal

Which custom sticker finish should you choose?

Different sticker materials change the look and application. Choose based on your artwork, surface and intended use—not simply because a finish is labeled “premium.”

For artist merchandise, limited releases and designs where color-shifting material is part of the visual effect.

05 / Avoid common file problems

What artwork should you upload, and what counts as your proof?

Use an original, high-quality image—not a small screenshot copied from social media. The more detail your design contains, the more important it is to check the artwork at its actual finished size.

Practical checks from a custom sticker production workflow
Before ordering Why it matters
Finished size and proportions “3-inch” refers to a design that fits within the advertised dimensions; a wide logo will not be stretched into a square.
Original file resolution For a detailed 3-inch raster image, about 900 pixels along that dimension corresponds to 300 pixels per inch. Enlarging a blurry thumbnail does not restore detail.
Transparency and cut edge An unintended white background or stray pixels can affect the printed appearance or die-cut contour.
Small text, QR codes and margins Check legibility at print size, preserve QR quiet zones, and keep critical detail away from the cut edge.
Selected finish and surface Clear artwork may need white ink behind selected areas; raised UV, holographic and ordinary vinyl are not interchangeable.

Is the online preview the final proof?

For an order configured in the Sticker Maker, the on-screen preview is the standard proof where that preview is provided. Check spelling, image crop, layout, material and cut shape before paying. Some fixed-price promotional deals use an upload-only workflow rather than the app's live editor, and a separate emailed manual proof is not normally included.

If the uploaded artwork requires clarification or extensive preparation, production may be delayed while the issue is resolved. The correct choice is to fix the file before manufacturing, not rush a low-quality image into print.

Read the Sticker Swan artwork preparation guide or the Sticker FAQs before submitting a complex design.

06 / Plan both parts of delivery

How fast are custom stickers printed and shipped?

For qualifying, fully paid, print-ready orders received before 12 p.m. Eastern Time, printing may begin or be completed the same day. Most qualifying sticker orders ship the next business day. Artwork issues, quantity, specialty finishing, material availability and quality checks may increase production time.

Production time is separate from shipping transit. UPS 2-Day or Next Day Air, when available, describes the transportation service after carrier acceptance; it does not automatically accelerate manufacturing. A shipping label alone does not mean a parcel has been accepted.

UPS handoff is ordinarily Monday through Friday; USPS acceptance may occur Monday through Saturday, subject to holidays. The applicable product page and Shipping & Production Policy explain the options.

Have an event deadline? Contact info@stickerswan.com before ordering with the delivery ZIP code, quantity, artwork status and exact need-by date to assess available production and shipping options.

07 / Make repeat ordering economical

How should you decide between a small sticker run and bulk pricing?

Choose the quantity based on a real use period and a stable design. A logo still being tested may suit 100 stickers; an established packaging design used on hundreds of shipments may justify 500 or 1,500. In the app, compare the displayed price when you adjust eligible quantities, but also check the fixed bundles before assuming one route is cheaper.

  1. Estimate actual use: forecast orders, giveaways or packages over the next few weeks or months.
  2. Include a modest reserve: prepare for waste and unexpected demand without accumulating obsolete stock.
  3. Confirm the design will stay accurate: changing a QR destination, business information or artwork can make an oversized run less useful.
  4. Calculate landed cost: compare the entire checkout total, not just the starting sticker price.
  5. Recheck saved artwork: returning customers should review files, size, finish and shipping choices each time they reorder.

For larger or recurring business orders, the most valuable advantage is often predictable, repeatable branding—not a headline discount percentage.

08 / Buyer questions

Frequently asked questions about ordering custom stickers

Does Sticker Swan offer automatic bulk discounts?

Eligible quantity-based pricing is calculated automatically in the Sticker Maker as you configure the order. There is no universal fixed discount percentage; compare the displayed unit price and checkout total for your selections.

Do I need a coupon code to get bulk pricing in the app?

No coupon code is required for the app's regular eligible quantity-based pricing. Separate limited-time promotions, if any, are governed by their stated terms.

Which is cheaper: the app or a ready-made sticker bundle?

It depends on your selected size, quantity, material and finishing. Fixed-price bundles have advertised starting prices; the Sticker Maker calculates your custom configuration. Compare the actual totals rather than assuming the prices or options are identical.

What is Sticker Swan's cheapest 100-sticker vinyl deal?

The published base offer is 100 custom 2.5-inch vinyl stickers for $18, with one artwork design, standard gloss finish and free standard U.S. shipping. The larger 3-inch 100-count base bundle is $25.

How much are 500 or 1,500 custom 3-inch stickers?

The published base prices are $119 for 500 and $299 for 1,500. Review the 1,500-count shipping charges at checkout and check all selected upgrades.

Can I order holographic, clear or embossed stickers?

Yes. Sticker Swan offers separately priced holographic, clear with white ink, and embossed raised UV stickers. Select the product that matches the finish you want.

Will you email me a proof before printing?

A separate emailed proof is not ordinarily included with standard promotional deals. Where an online editor provides an on-screen preview, that preview is the standard proof. Review the selected workflow and your artwork before checkout.

Can I upload a PNG instead of an AI or PDF file?

A high-resolution PNG is recommended for many die-cut designs. Accepted file types depend on the product or ordering tool; use the formats displayed by that uploader. Small, compressed screenshots are not a substitute for print-ready artwork.

Does expedited shipping guarantee faster printing?

No. Carrier transportation time starts after acceptance and is separate from production. Contact Sticker Swan before ordering if a specific event date must be met.

Where are Sticker Swan custom stickers manufactured?

Sticker Swan prints and finishes its custom sticker products at its production facility in Jacksonville, Florida. Shipping options and timing vary by selected product and destination.
