Quick answers
Contact & shipping FAQs
How do I contact Sticker Swan about an order?
Use the form above or email info@stickerswan.com . Include your order number and the email used at checkout for faster assistance.
Where are Sticker Swan stickers made?
Sticker Swan produces custom stickers in Jacksonville, Florida, and ships orders to customers throughout Florida and across the United States.
Can I get custom stickers delivered to Miami the next day?
Depending on production readiness and the destination ZIP code, next-business-day carrier transit may be available. Some Florida UPS Ground routes have one-business-day transit, but Ground delivery is not guaranteed. For a firm deadline, confirm that your stickers can be completed in time and choose UPS Next Day Air when eligible.
Does the 12 PM cutoff guarantee same-day shipping?
No. The noon Eastern cutoff is for eligibility to begin printing the same day on qualifying print-ready orders. Shipping begins after production, finishing, packing and carrier acceptance.
Can I order stickers for an Orlando convention or Miami event?
Yes. We print custom stickers for trade shows, conferences, artists, pop-ups, promotional giveaways and branded events. Share your event date, quantity, art readiness and destination ZIP code so we can review timing.
Will I receive a separate artwork proof by email?
For standard app orders, the on-screen preview is your proof before checkout. Our team will contact you when artwork clarification is necessary; a separate manual proof is not ordinarily issued.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free standard U.S. shipping is included with sticker orders. Expedited UPS services are available at checkout for an additional charge where offered.
Can UPS deliver on Saturday?
Saturday delivery is not automatic. It must be available for the specific destination and booked under an eligible UPS service. Contact us before ordering if Saturday delivery is essential.
Have a deadline? Tell us before you order.
For Miami events, Florida rush orders and time-sensitive shipments, we'll help you understand your production options and choose an appropriate carrier service.
Delivery information is not a guarantee of order-to-door arrival. Print production time, UPS acceptance and carrier transit are separate. UPS Next Day Air guarantees, when applicable, are governed by UPS terms . For shipping policies, see our Shipping Policy .
