At Sticker Swan, every order is printed to order and carefully inspected before shipping. We want you to love your stickers, and we stand behind our quality.

Returns

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping is free for approved returns.

Custom & Print-On-Demand Products

Because most of our products are custom printed, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Customer-supplied artwork errors

  • Incorrect files uploaded by the customer

  • Size, color, or material choices selected at checkout

Please ensure all files are print-ready before ordering. We provide previews where available, but final responsibility for artwork approval rests with the customer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue and the packaging

We will promptly offer a replacement or refund, at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days

No restocking fees apply.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, please return the item and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

At this time, we do not designate any items as final sale.
