At Sticker Swan, all products are custom printed to order in the United States. Please review our shipping details below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days after artwork approval and payment confirmation.

Large orders, specialty materials, or peak seasons may require additional production time. If delays occur, we’ll notify you promptly.

Shipping Time & Methods

Shipping times vary by destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated delivery times (after production):

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • U.S. Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if selected)

  • International Shipping: Varies by destination and customs processing

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Shipping method selected

  • Destination

Free shipping promotions may apply to qualifying orders.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Sticker Swan is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional fees caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Orders returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to resend.
