1. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old, or use our services with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

You must provide accurate account, contact, payment, and delivery information. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access.

2. Products, Customization, and Order Acceptance

Most Sticker Swan products are manufactured according to your selected specifications. Check your product, finished size, quantity, material, finish, backing, artwork, number of designs, delivery address, and shipping method before submitting payment.

An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not guarantee that every design, quantity, or requested deadline can be fulfilled.

We may contact you to resolve artwork or production issues, request corrected files, or decline orders that cannot reasonably be fulfilled, appear fraudulent, violate applicable law, or breach these Terms.

Any resulting cancellation or refund will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

3. Artwork, Online Proofs, and Approval

The on-screen preview is the standard proof when an online designer or preview is provided.

Before checkout, customers are responsible for reviewing:

• Spelling, punctuation, and text accuracy
• Artwork dimensions and orientation
• Image crop, background, and transparency
• Artwork placement and proposed cut path
• Selected materials, finishes, and quantities

Standard promotional sticker deals do not ordinarily include a separate emailed or manual proof after purchase.

Some fixed-price products use an upload-only ordering workflow. For those orders, the artwork submitted and product options selected form the basis for production.

Customers must provide files suitable for printing. Low resolution, missing transparency, insufficient margins, compression artifacts, corrupt files, and unintended backgrounds may affect print quality or delay production.

Sticker Swan may request replacement artwork, propose additional artwork preparation services, or place an order on hold while necessary corrections are made.

Substantial artwork changes after submission may result in additional charges or revised production schedules. Applicable charges will be communicated before chargeable work is performed.

Minor technical adjustments necessary for manufacturing do not transfer responsibility for the underlying submitted artwork.

If exact color matching, unusually intricate cutting, specialty applications, or a fixed delivery deadline is required, contact Sticker Swan before ordering to discuss feasibility.

4. Color, Size, Cutting, and Material Expectations

Digital screens and physical printed materials reproduce colors differently.

Printed color may vary due to display calibration, ink characteristics, print material, protective finishing, lighting, and the available color gamut.

Exact Pantone or screen-to-print color matching is not guaranteed on standard online purchases unless specifically agreed in writing.

Custom die-cut contours, finished dimensions, registration, white-ink opacity, and laminate appearance may be subject to reasonable manufacturing tolerances.

Sticker durability and adhesion depend on the selected material, surface preparation, application conditions, and environment.

Not all Sticker Swan products are suitable for every surface or dishwasher use. Customers should review the applicable product description and recommended care instructions.

5. Pricing, Promotions, and Payment

The applicable price is the amount displayed for your selected product and options at checkout, subject to correction of obvious errors before order acceptance.

Prices may differ between fixed-price promotional bundles and custom configurations created through our online designer.

Promotions are subject to their stated eligibility, expiration, and combination restrictions. Discounts are not applied retroactively unless expressly offered.

Applicable taxes, delivery upgrades, rush-production charges, and other selected options are displayed during checkout where applicable.

Payments are processed through the secure payment methods available at checkout. Available card brands and payment providers may change.

By submitting payment, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

6. Production Timing, Rush Orders, and Shipping

For qualifying, fully paid, print-ready orders received before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time, Sticker Swan may begin or complete printing on the same day.

Most qualifying print-ready sticker orders ship the next business day. This represents a typical production turnaround rather than an unconditional guarantee.

Large quantities, specialty finishing, artwork corrections, material availability, seasonal order volume, and product-specific requirements may extend production time.

Published production estimates for individual products take precedence over general turnaround statements.

Production Time vs. Shipping Transit

Production time and carrier delivery time are separate.

UPS 2-Day and UPS Next Day Air services, when available, affect carrier transportation after package acceptance. These services do not automatically accelerate manufacturing.

Rush-production upgrades, where offered, are separate from expedited shipping options.

Free standard U.S. shipping applies to eligible sticker orders and promotions as displayed on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Other products, destinations, and expedited shipping services may incur additional charges.

Carrier Acceptance and Tracking

A shipping label or tracking number does not necessarily indicate that the carrier has taken possession of a package.

Carrier acceptance and tracking scans are the clearest indicators that a package has entered the delivery network.

Our ordinary carrier handoff schedules are:

• UPS: Monday through Friday
• USPS: Monday through Saturday, where available

Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier operations, and destination may affect delivery estimates.

Estimated arrival dates are not guarantees unless an express written delivery commitment has been made.

Shipping Addresses and Delays

Customers must provide complete and accurate shipping addresses.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect a shipment, reasonable additional reshipping costs may apply after the applicable amount is disclosed.

If an order cannot ship within an applicable promised time, Sticker Swan will provide required delay notices and options, seek consent where required, or cancel and refund unshipped merchandise in accordance with applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms limits customer rights under the FTC Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule or other applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Changes, Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds

Custom Printed Products

Because custom stickers, labels, posters, and other personalized products are manufactured according to customer specifications, correctly manufactured custom orders generally are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or change-of-mind refunds.

This includes dissatisfaction resulting solely from submitted artwork errors or size, shape, color, material, finish, or other selections that match the approved order.

This restriction does not eliminate remedies for defective, damaged, or incorrectly manufactured merchandise or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Customers should contact Sticker Swan promptly if they need to change or cancel an order.

We will consider changes before production begins when operationally feasible. However, we cannot guarantee that an order already in production can be stopped or revised.

Applicable statutory cancellation and delayed-shipment refund rights remain unaffected.

Eligible Non-Custom Returns

Where an item is specifically eligible for return, the applicable return window, condition requirements, and process are described in our Return & Refund Policy.

A general return window does not automatically make personalized products eligible for change-of-mind returns.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If products arrive damaged, defective, or materially different from the accepted order specifications, customers should contact us as soon as practical, preferably within seven days after delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photographs showing the issue.

The seven-day request helps us investigate problems promptly and does not waive non-excludable legal rights.

After reviewing the concern, Sticker Swan will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include reprinting, replacement, refund, or another legally required solution.

Please do not return merchandise without instructions.

Approved refunds are ordinarily issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed or required by law. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

8. Rights to Customer Artwork and Permitted Use

Customers represent that they own or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions for logos, photographs, illustrations, names, trademarks, text, AI-generated images, and other materials submitted for production.

Customers are responsible for the legality and accuracy of their content and for obtaining necessary releases or licenses.

By uploading artwork, you grant Sticker Swan limited, nonexclusive permission to reproduce, adapt for print preparation, and use submitted content as reasonably necessary to quote, proof, manufacture, deliver, and support the order.

Customers retain ownership of their original artwork and other rights they already hold.

Any broader promotional use of submitted customer artwork is governed by separate permission or authorization where applicable.

Sticker Swan may refuse content that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, is deceptive, contains prohibited material, or presents a significant legal or safety risk.

We may request proof of authorization or decline orders when intellectual-property rights are unclear.

9. Website, Design Tools, and Intellectual Property

The Sticker Swan website, branding, original product descriptions, interfaces, software, and other protected site content are owned by Sticker Swan or its licensors.

Customers may use these services for lawful personal or business ordering.

Users may not interfere with site operations, attempt unauthorized access, collect information through abusive automated methods, or reproduce protected website content for unauthorized resale.

AI-assisted design tools may generate previews or suggestions requiring human review.

Customers are responsible for verifying generated content, including accuracy, suitability, intellectual-property rights, and print readiness, before ordering.

Tool availability and functionality may change.

10. Privacy and Electronic Communications

Our Privacy Policy explains how Sticker Swan handles personal information, including account data, order details, and website activity.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that Sticker Swan may communicate electronically regarding payment, transactions, artwork questions, production, fulfillment, and customer support, subject to applicable law.

Marketing preferences and privacy rights are governed by the Privacy Policy and applicable legal requirements.

11. Warranty Limitations and Liability

Sticker Swan aims to deliver products consistent with their descriptions, selected specifications, and any express commitments made for an order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, warranties or guarantees not expressly stated are disclaimed.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our website or design tools or that every material, surface, environment, or digital image will achieve a particular result.

To the extent permitted by law, Sticker Swan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from an order or use of the services.

Where legally permitted, our aggregate liability for a particular order is limited to amounts paid for that order.

These limitations do not exclude or restrict liabilities or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

12. Customer Responsibility and Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, customers agree to defend and indemnify Sticker Swan and its personnel against third-party claims and reasonable associated costs arising from submitted content that infringes another party's intellectual-property rights or violates applicable law, except to the extent caused by our own wrongful acts.

This provision does not limit non-waivable consumer rights.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory applicable law requires otherwise.

Subject to non-waivable consumer rights and jurisdictional requirements, disputes concerning these Terms may be brought before state or federal courts of competent jurisdiction serving Duval County, Florida.

Before beginning formal proceedings, customers may contact Sticker Swan to seek a practical resolution.

14. Changes and Severability

Sticker Swan may revise these Terms from time to time.

Updated Terms will be published with a revised effective date. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise permitted by law and appropriately communicated.

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the extent permitted by law.
