Best results are generally achieved on smooth, clean, dry, sealed indoor surfaces such as:

This product is intended for temporary indoor pedestrian applications. Do not install it on wet, dirty, damaged, loose, highly textured, porous, or unsealed surfaces. It is not intended for:

How to Order Custom Floor Graphics

1. Select the finished size.
2. Upload your print-ready artwork.
3. Confirm the correct file and orientation are attached.
4. Add the floor graphic to your cart and complete checkout.

A separate emailed proof is not normally sent. Sticker Swan will contact you if the submitted artwork, dimensions, panel layout, or intended application requires clarification before production.

Artwork Recommendations

Vector PDF, SVG, AI, or EPS artwork is recommended for large floor graphics. A high-resolution PNG or JPG may also be used when supplied at sufficient resolution for the selected finished size.

For raster artwork, design at full size when possible. If the file is built at a reduced scale, clearly identify that scale. Keep important text, logos, dates, and design elements away from panel seams and outside edges.

Avoid screenshots, compressed social-media images, and artwork copied from a small website preview. Large-format printing can reveal pixelation that may not be visible on a phone or computer screen.

Installation Instructions

1. Obtain venue approval. Confirm that temporary adhesive graphics are permitted and ask about any required safety or documentation standards.
2. Test the surface. Apply a sample in an inconspicuous area and evaluate adhesion and removal.
3. Clean beyond the installation area. Remove dirt, dust, oil, grease, wax, silicone, and cleaning residue.
4. Dry the floor completely. Do not allow cleaning solution or alcohol to air-dry and leave residue.
5. Avoid joints and edges. Do not position graphic edges directly over grout lines, cracks, tile joints, or floor transitions.
6. Apply with firm, overlapping strokes. Use a hard plastic squeegee from the center toward the outside edges to minimize trapped air.
7. Secure every edge. Re-squeegee the perimeter and corners after installation.
8. Allow the adhesive to build. Keep foot traffic off the installed graphic for at least eight hours.

Professional installation is recommended for large, multi-panel, high-visibility, or public-venue applications.

Cleaning, Inspection, and Removal

Do not clean the installed graphic during the first 24 hours. After that period, clean gently with mild soap and water. Do not allow standing water, oil, solvents, or harsh chemicals to remain on the graphic.

Inspect the graphic regularly. Remove it immediately if an edge lifts, the surface becomes damaged, adhesion changes, or the graphic could create a trip or slip hazard.

For removal, begin at one corner and pull slowly at approximately a 90-degree angle. Remove the graphic within six months. Some residue, discoloration, or a visible difference between the covered and uncovered floor may occur depending on the substrate, coating, exposure, and installation duration.
