What makes a good custom sticker?
Start with artwork that suits the size
Use an original high-resolution PNG or print-ready PDF. At 300 pixels per inch, a 3-inch raster design needs about 900 pixels along its longest side.
- Preserve proportions: a 3-inch-wide logo may be only 1 inch tall. It is not stretched into a square.
- Keep details readable: tiny lettering and intricate edges may need more space.
- Choose an appropriate finish: gloss is shiny; matte reduces surface glare.
- Apply carefully: use a compatible clean, smooth, dry surface.
Lamination improves resistance to handling, moisture and scratching. For drinkware, gentle hand washing is recommended. Screen color and specialty effects can differ from the physical result; test a smaller run when appearance or adhesion is critical.

How fast does Sticker Swan print and ship?
Eligible paid, print-ready orders placed before 12 PM Eastern may begin printing the same day. Most print-ready orders ship the next business day after finishing. Artwork issues, specialty requirements, quantity, holidays and peak demand can extend production.
