What do sticker order statuses mean?
Production status describes what is happening inside Sticker Swan. Carrier tracking begins separately after the finished package receives an acceptance scan.
Order received
Payment and order information have been received. Confirm the uploaded artwork, size, quantity, material, shipping address and other selections shown in the order.
Production review
The order and submitted artwork are being prepared for production. Sticker Swan may contact you when artwork or order information requires clarification.
Printing and finishing
The project is moving through the applicable printing, curing, laminating, cutting and quality-review stages. Not every product requires every finishing step.
Ready for carrier
Production is complete and the package is being prepared for handoff. This is not the same as a carrier acceptance scan.
Shipped
The order has been handed to the selected carrier or entered the carrier network. Carrier tracking becomes the source for transit and delivery updates after acceptance.

Is production tracking the same as carrier tracking?
No. Production tracking describes the order while it is being prepared, printed and finished by Sticker Swan. Carrier tracking covers transportation after handoff and acceptance by the shipping provider.
Can I reorder stickers without uploading the artwork again?
Saved designs and order records can make a repeat project easier to start. You should still verify the artwork, size, quantity, material, finish, address and current pricing before completing the new purchase.
Does Sticker Swan save my designs automatically?
Account-based saving is available through Saved Designs. Confirm that the intended design appears in your account before relying on it for a future project, and retain your own original artwork files.
Do I need an account to use the Sticker Maker?
No account is required to begin uploading and configuring artwork in the Sticker Maker. Signing in is required for account features such as saved designs, order records, production status and Swan AI Studio.
What is Swan AI Studio?
Swan AI Studio is an account-based creative tool for exploring original sticker concepts from prompts, photographs, sketches or logos. Generated concepts should be reviewed carefully before printing.
Does a saved design guarantee that the artwork is print-ready?
No. Saving preserves access to the design in the account, but print suitability still depends on factors such as resolution, transparency, detail size, intended dimensions and the selected material.
Can I change an order after it enters production?
Contact Sticker Swan immediately if something is incorrect. Changes are not guaranteed after production has started, because printing or finishing work may already be underway.
What does “shipped” mean?
Shipped means the completed order has been handed to the selected carrier or entered the carrier network. Transit timing and delivery progress depend on the carrier’s acceptance and tracking scans.
Does the dashboard preview show the exact finished sticker?
No. The online preview helps communicate artwork position and cut-shape intent. Physical color, opacity, reflection, texture and material appearance can differ from what is displayed on a screen.
